With your help, we will be able to provide lifesaving gender affirming care to our patients. With the rise of anti-trans rhetoric, it is more important now than ever to show your support. Every dollar counts and goes into helping the TGNC community achieve health, wellness, and affirmation of their authentic self. 

  100% of your donation will be used to provide access to our gender affirming care program. 

Our program offers a variety of services to the community including initial evaluations, follow-up care, medications, and bloodwork. Priority will be given to patients fleeing from states that have anti-trans laws.
